Her research as a director began with "Nerofuori" (short film, director, writer, actress, 2009). The short film, starring Francesco Baccini, has won awards and been a finalist at numerous national and international festivals. It tells the story of two solitudes that brush against each other without ever truly meeting.
"Luna Semprestorta" (short film, director, author, actress, 2011), tells the female point of view during (and despite) the crisis. She won the Donne e Cinema competition, organized by Unilever, and the award allowed her to obtain a Diploma in Digital Filmmaking as a director at the New York Film Academy in New York. Thanks to the same short and to Nerofuori, she won a special award at the Asti Film Festival (2012) as an actress and artist committed to promoting new communication.
"Dinamite" (documentary, director, author, self 2012) is a documentary on extreme poverty, still in progress, whose rough cut won the Audience Award at the Documentamy film festival and elected her godmother of Raccorti Sociali (2012), within the “50 Giorni di cinema” in Florence. "Drops" (short film, director, author, actress, 2013) is a new work shot during her New York period, screened as an Italian premiere at the Festival of cinema and women, within the “50 Giorni di cinema” (2014). Among the various national and international festivals in which it was selected and won, we mention the award for Best Short Film at the Festival Cinema and Psychoanalysis (2014). In 2013, she was also one of the directors selected by Movieco for the national contest. The screenplay for her short film "Offline" (short film, director, writer, actress, 2016) about virtual relationships was selected by Cortisonici Lab for a development residency under the direction of Guido Chiesa, Pierpaolo Pirone, and Franco Bocca Gelsi, and went into production thanks to the support of NUOVOIMAIE. The short was selected for numerous national and international festivals, won 16 awards in just six months, and was nominated for the 2017 Nastri d'Argento Awards.
"Come la prima volta" (short film, director, writer, actress, 2018), produced by Pagliai Film Group, made with the support of NUOVOIMAIE and the patronage of AIMA Nazionale (Italian Association of Alzheimer's Patients), continues the research on digital experiences and adds a parallel to the erasure of memory caused, in this case, by Alzheimer's. It premiered in the I LOVE GAI (Young Italian Authors) selection at the 2018 Venice Film Festival and enjoyed excellent distribution success, winning virtually every film in the selection. It was also shortlisted for the 2019 David di Donatello Awards and selected for the 2019 Nastri d'argento Awards.
Her project "Between the Lines" was a finalist at Opere Prime - Figari Film Festival 2018 and won the RIFF - Rome Independent Film Festival 2018 as Best Unpublished Feature Film Screenplay, which allowed her to attend the Master's in Screenwriting at the Roma International Film School in Rome.
In 2019, thanks in part to the "Tra le righe" project, he was one of the directors selected for the "A Sunday in the Country" residency, organized by the EFA European Film Award - European Film Academy and the Toscana Film Commission. In 2022, he was selected for the HERARTS residency.
